An ideal spot from where to explore the whole of North Devon yet minutes from the coast at Combe Martin. Spend the long summer days in idyllic surroundings beside Exmoor an excellent walking location and part of the Tarka Trail. To the east of Combe Martin lies Exmoor to the west lies the picturesque village of Berrynarbour. The nearby golden beaches of Woolacombe Croyde and Saunton provide some of the best surfing in the UK and the Tarka Trail is virtually on the doorstep. If you should need to venture beyond these properties there are a number of vibrant restaurants to enjoy top quality food. One worth a visit is the acclaimed artist Damien Hirst who is part owner of 11 The Quay Ilfracombe. Here there is an eclectic mix of food and art providing a whole new dining experience. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included. Wi-Fi available. Regret no smoking within the property. Location: beach and shops 4 miles restaurant/pub walking distance. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size with en-suite wet room and WC the other is a smaller room with 1 double which shares the en-suite facilities. Kitchen/diner: with slate flooring exposed beams electric cooker hob dishwasher fridge microwave and many useful extras. Utility room: external with freezer and washing machine. Adjacent separate WC with sink. Outside: at the front is a patio area with garden furniture and at the rear is an enclosed lawn area with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: 1 well-behaved dog welcome.
