TRADITONAL STONE BUILT COTTAGE IDEAL FOR TOURING THE COTSWOLDS REGRET NO BABIES OR CHILDREN UNDER 6 YEARS The property is peacefully tucked within a wooded hollow with a mill stream opposite at the end of a terrace. Dating back 200 years with a wealth of character including exposed brick work stone mullion windows and cottage gardens. The cottage is beautifully finished creating the perfect retreat. A 10 minute stroll from the property the ancient Saxon town of Winchcombe is situated in a beautiful Cotswold valley mid-way between Broadway and Cheltenham. With a wealth of historical interest on your doorstep the cottage is an ideal base for walkers and cyclists with easy access to the Cotswold Way. There is racing at Stratford on Avon and Cheltenham which also hosts the Literature Festival. Visit the traditional Cotswold town of Broadway with its wide street lined with a delightful mix of Tudor Stuart and Georgian buildings. The Vale of Evesham home to the Blossom Festival in the springtime which is simply stunning and the Plum Festival in the autumn is a must. The accommodation offers TWO double bedrooms. Bathroom: whirlpool bath with shower over and WC. Lounge: with TV/DVD CD player and open fire (first basket of logs provided). Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with electric oven gas hob fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave. Utility room: with washer/dryer. Outside: small south facing patio with steps to a large raised garden including lawn and gravel with garden furniture and BBQ. Small traditional garden to the front. Amenities: parking. Bed linen towels electric and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking in the property. 1 dog welcome. Additional info: please note that the 20 charge for the dog applies whether it is a short break or a full week s booking. Regret no babies or children under 6 years. Location: pub and village shop less than 1 mile. Arrival: 4pm.
