With easy access to the A30 and a railway station it also offers a great base from which to explore this stunning county. Walkers and cyclists will be in their element with nearby access to the National Cycle Network with many off-road trails and quiet country lanes to explore and the well-known and loved Saints Way and Wilderness Trail that meander across the moor and countryside. Only 5 miles away Lostwithiel boasts antique shops quality restaurants bistros and tea shops meaning there is much to see and do in the immediate area. Other destinations well worth a visit include The Eden Project the Lost Gardens of Heligan numerous National Trust properties such as Lanhydrock House and the quaint fishing villages of Fowey Polperro and Mevagissey. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 cosy twin. Shower room: with WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: lovely bright open-plan living space with wall mounted flatscreen smart TV with Netflix and woodburner. Kitchen area with gas hob and electric oven microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. Conservatory: with views of the garden. Utility room: situated next door to the entrance of the property and accessed via outside with washing machine tumble dryer and dishwasher Outside: enclosed south facing walled garden with lawn patio area garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: private off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking inside the property. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Location: beach 5 miles pub and village shop/Post Office within walking distance.
