SPACIOUS BARN CONVERSION ON SMALL HOLDING WITH COUNTRYSIDE VIEWS Nestling in a quiet rural position on a traditional small holding, this detached single-storey barn conversion offers spacious accommodation. It is a short drive from a wealth of popular sandy beaches and coves and attractions to suit all tastes which include Launceston Steam Railway, The Big Sheep and RHS Rosemoor. Nearby Holsworthy has a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants and has a weekly farmers' market on a Wednesday. In the evenings, relax in the garden and enjoy the views over open fields. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: with bath and separate shower. Separate WC. Lounge: spacious room with wood burner effect electric fire, TV, Freeview, DVD, video and hi-fi with iPod docking station. French doors lead out to the south-west facing patio. Kitchen/diner: with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Utility room: with washer/dryer. Outside: garden with furniture and BBQ. Amenities: off-road parking for 2 cars.
