The nature reserve nestles between the cycle path and canal which offers a circular walk that ultimately takes you into the heart of the popular coastal town of Bude. The traditional seaside town has a superb choice of sandy beaches an outdoor sea pool 18-hole links golf course boating on the canal mini-golf tennis courts surfing schools and a wide range of shops pubs tea-rooms and galleries. The surrounding area offers many picturesque fishing villages to explore and a wealth of attractions including The Big Sheep The Milky Way Adventure Park Crealy Adventure Parks Lost Gardens of Heligan The Eden Project and so much more. This single storey cottage offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom: a small step takes you into a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with french doors and views across the fields with TV DVD Freeview and a feature fireplace. Dining room: separate with additional seating and small TV. Kitchen: reached from the dining room and approached by two small steps small with electric cooker fridge and microwave. Utility room: outside and houses a freezer washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: large enclosed garden with seating and superb views. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking or pets. Location: beach shops and pubs 1 mile.
