Edzell 4 miles away has local shops hotels and a golf course while the city of Brechin 10 miles away is home to the Pictavia visitor centre and the Caledonian Steam Railway. From Edzell a scenic hill road leads over the Cairn o Mount Pass to Royal Deeside and the Aberdeenshire Castle Trail. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower and WC accessed by spiral staircase and 1 twin located on ground floor. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC located on ground floor. Lounge: with woodburner (solid fuel provided) TV Freeview DVD and hi-fi. Kitchen/diner: open-plan with additional seating in sun room area cooker microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer.
