Furnished and fitted to a high standard it offers a luxurious retreat and opportunity to explore this desirable part of the county. The cottage s central location makes it a perfect base for exploring the beautiful countryside and villages of Dorset. The Jurassic Coast including the impressive Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door and the award-winning sandy beaches of Bournemouth Sandbanks Weymouth and Studland Base are within a short drive. An array of attractions are within easy reach including Monkey World The Tank Museum Lulworth Castle Corfe Castle Abbotsbury Swannery Tyneham and a selection of National Trust properties. Larmer Tree Stourhead and the famous Gold Hill at Shaftesbury are also within easy reach. Closer to home the delightful town of Blandford Forum offers a weekly market and farmers market the annual Dorset Steam Fair tea rooms and a selection of pubs and restaurants. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms accessed via cottage-style stairs from the ground floor (please note no handrail): 1 master king-size double with dressing room providing a perfect space for dressing or use as a nursery if required and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: lovely cosy room with inglenook fireplace woodburner (logs included) TV/DVD sofa-bed and iPod dock. Kitchen: modern fitted area with integrated appliances with electric oven and hob fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave. Utility room: useful area adjacent to the kitchen with washing machine. Outside: gravelled garden area to the front of the property and enclosed garden to the rear with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample private off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking inside the property. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Location: beach 22 miles pub within walking distance and a selection of pubs shops and restaurants in Blandford Forum 6 miles.
