It is a 3 mile drive to the sandy beach at Westward Ho! and is within easy reach of many noted beauty spots including Appledore which offers all the old world charm of a fishing village famous for its arts crafts and maritime heritage or Instow with its sandy beach and wealth of pubs and restaurants. It is also situated close to various attractions including The Big Sheep The Milky Way Dartington Crystal RHS Rosemoor Gardens and more. In the evening you can relax in the garden or take a leisurely stroll into Bideford offering an array of good pubs and restaurants. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king size and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with electric fire and TV. Dining room: with gas fire TV DVD and radio/cassette player. Kitchen: with cooker and microwave. Utility room: with fridge/freezer washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: lawn to front of property and a raised lawn area to the rear patio with garden furniture.
