UNRIVALLED VIEWS OVER THE RIVER TORRIDGE This wonderfully positioned riverside property is set near to the ancient pannier market town of Bideford and has uninterrupted views over the River Torridge where you can try your hand at fishing from outside the cottage. A lovely holiday home ideal for families friends or a romantic break and is the perfect base to visit the many attractions in the area. You will be close to Instow with its sand dune beach and amazing sunsets along with the 3 miles of surfing beach and world famous Links Golf Course at Westward Ho! The fishing village of Appledore with its many pubs and restaurants is also nearby. Take a walk along the river bank through the park to Bideford town and enjoy a meal out at one of the many pubs and restaurants. Alternatively stroll to the nearby licensed Yeoldon House which is open to non-residents and serves good food and delicious cream teas. After a long day exploring relax and enjoy a BBQ on the decking overlooking the popular Tarka Trail or take a long leisurely soak in the spa bath. Whatever you choose this is an excellent holiday location. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double four-poster bedroom with sloping ceilings and en-suite bathroom with spa bath and WC which is accessed via a galleried staircase and 1 twin bedroom on the ground floor. Shower room: on the ground floor with shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: large open-plan with TV/video/DVD Wi-Fi hi-fi with MP3 electric cooker extractor fan fridge freezer dishwasher washer/dryer. Outside: French doors lead from the lounge/dining area onto the decked patio with garden furniture and BBQ with views out over the river. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen electric and central heating included. Towels available for hire. Regret no smoking or pets. Location: pubs and shops 1 mile beaches 2 miles.
