National Trust properties as well as RHS Rosemoor and Dr Smart s gardens are close by. Cobbaton Combat Museum is a stone s throw away and Watermouth Castle and all the lovely coves and beaches of the coast are close by and easily reached. The towns of Barnstaple and Bideford offer good shopping opportunities from supermarkets to antique shops. The accommodation is furnished carefully and sensitively offering TWO bedrooms: 1 double upstairs and on the ground floor (low ceilings) 1 twin with TV point (the TV from the kitchen can be moved into this bedroom). Bathroom: with WC upstairs and shower room with WC on the ground floor. Lounge: large room upstairs with TV Freeview DVD video and wonderful westerly views from the balcony. Kitchen/diner: thoughtfully designed with cooker fridge microwave dishwasher freezer and TV. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed garden with BBQ.
