The property nestles within the traditional back streets of Appledore and is less than a 2 minute walk to the quayside offering numerous family pubs a maritime museum and views across the river to Instow. Appledore is also a perfect location for touring the whole of North Devon with its wealth of popular beaches coastal walks and attractions which include The Big Sheep The Milky Way Dartington Crystal and more. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 bunk bedroom on the first floor. Bathroom: on ground floor with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: with romantic living-flame fire TV and hi-fi. Kitchen: with cooker fridge and microwave. No washing machine. Outside: regret no garden. Amenities: roadside parking close by. Bed linen towels wi-fi electric and central heating included. Regret no pets or garden. Location: quayside beach pubs and shop all walking distance.
