It is the ideal property for those looking to escape and relax. The property is well situated and within easy reach of the A30, allowing easy access to both the north and south coasts. Local attractions include Trethorne Leisure Farm and Golf Course just 5 miles away. Former Cornish capital Launceston, is approximately 8 miles away, with its steam railway and Norman castle, museum, leisure centre and park with facilities for squash, tennis and swimming. Perched on the eastern edge of Bodmin Moor, this property is ideal for walkers of all abilities and nature enthusiasts, with its varied wildlife and birds, and truly breathtaking views. However, if shopping is on the cards, a visit to Plymouth with its wealth of shops, restaurants and activities for the whole family would be sure to amuse the most discerning holiday maker. Dining room: beamed with ample seating. Kitchen: galley style with oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Outside: enclosed garden with a lawn and patio area, with classic garden furniture, to enjoy those long Cornish evenings. Amenities: off-road parking for 1 car. Bed linen, towels and electric included, night storage heating surcharge of £25 per week applies September-May, made payable to the caretaker on arrival. Regret no smoking in the property. 1 medium size dog welcome. Location: beach 12 miles, shop and pub 3 miles. Arrival: 4pm.
