Stylishly furnished and well-equipped it is ideal for couples or families as it is walking distance to the golden sandy beach as well as the many amenities the seaside town has to offer such as a variety of pubs restaurants amusements and shops. There is much to see and do nearby. Why not take a 5 minute drive to the quaint fishing village of Appledore where there are many good pubs which offer excellent meals seafood a speciality! Cliff-top walks directly from the apartment leading around the coastline offer panoramic sea views. This apartment is ideal for all year round holidays. The apartment offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with balcony and en-suite shower with WC and 1 twin room. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Kitchen: with sea views well-fitted with fridge/freezer washer/dryer dishwasher gas hob electric cooker hood and microwave. Lounge/diner: open-plan and spacious with TV DVD hi-fi selection of books and music and access to sea viewing balcony. Outside: patio doors from the lounge lead to a balcony with seating where you can relax overlooking the sea. Amenities: wi-fi included landline telephone (incoming only) off-road parking for 1 car lift from parking area. Bed linen towels (please bring own beach towels) electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking or pets. Location: beach shops and pubs all within walking distance. Arrival: 4:00pm
