Located close to a beach pretty harbour and an abundance of pubs and restaurants to cater for all tastes it provides an ideal base for a fun-filled holiday. Conveniently situated on the edge of the Georgian harbour village of Charlestown there is much to see and do. Within walking distance you can discover The Tall Ships at Charlestown and pretty coastline with some lovely walks sheltered coves and traditional fishing villages including Fowey and Mevagissey where boat trips can be enjoyed. Slightly further afield but still within easy reach a wealth of popular attractions can be found including The Eden Project Bodmin Moor Lands End The Lost Gardens of Heligan and numerous National Trust properties including the spectacular Lanhydrock House and Gardens. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 master with king-size with en-suite shower room with WC and 1 twin bedroom both with TV. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: beautifully appointed open-plan living space with TV/DVD and iPod docking station. Kitchen area: modern fitted kitchen with integrated appliances including gas hob and electric oven fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher and washer/dryer. Amenities: private off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Regret no smoking inside the property.
