The coastal village of Stiffkey is set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and has one of the richest salt marshes for wildlife in the country, providing excellent opportunities for both ornithology and walking. The sandy beaches at Holkham and Wells are just four miles along the coast and sailing is available at nearby Morston and Blakeney. Stiffkey has a shop and a pub which serves food, with further amenities available in the lovely Georgian town of Holt, which is seven miles away.

2 Red Lion Cottages is one of a row of pretty cottages that have been built in the Norfolk style, in the traditional village of Stiffkey. It offers attractive, comfortable accommodation with the bonus of an enclosed garden and parking. It is just a short walk from Stiffkey marshes and village pub. This is an ideal location for a family holiday at any time of the year. Pub: 1 minute walk Shop: 0.5 miles

Garden: Fully enclosed rear garden, laid to lawn with barbecue, table and chairs. There is access to parking area via steep steps up from the garden.
Parking: Designated parking for two cars behind cottage.
Heating: Night storage heaters and open fire.
Also Provided: Stairgate. Books and games. Starter pack of fuel for open fire
Pets: One small dog is welcome; please keep downstairs and off the furniture at all times.
