A variety of sandy family beaches coves and quaint fishing villages are within a 30 minute car ride. For the more energetic there is nearby Dartmoor with its wonderful walks wildlife and fabulous scenery. Close by is Bickleigh Mill and numerous National Trust properties. For keen golfers Fingle Glen golf course is a few minutes away by car. The cosy accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double with en-suite shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with breakfast bar dining table for 2 TV DVD SkyTV and hi-fi. Kitchen area with cooker microwave fridge with ice-compartment and washing machine. Outside: large garden with BBQ and breathtaking views of the countryside. Amenities: parking for 1 car. Bed linen towels wifi electric and heating included. 10 heating surcharge from October - Easter payable direct to the owner on arrival. 1 dog welcome more by arrangement. Regret no smoking. Location: beach 20 miles golf course 1 mile pub within 1 mile and shops 2 miles.
