PERFECT RETREAT FOR TWO BY TAMAR LAKES ON THE DEVON/CORNWALL BORDER This converted single storey property is set on the owners small holding with chickens sheep and pigs. A warm welcome awaits but privacy is assured. The accommodation has a light and airy atmosphere with high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows providing a real sense of space. While away the hours with the Lower Tamar Lake which is a nature reserve right on your doorstep and perfect for countryside walks. The Upper Lake is a short stroll and offers coarse fishing water sports a lakeside walk and café. You will be close by to the market town of Holsworthy and betwixt the villages of Bradworthy and Kilkhampton. The North Cornish coastline is a 20 minute drive which is ideal for surfers and sunbathers or alternatively the lovely cliff-top walks offer spectacular views across the Atlantic coastline. The Cornish town of Bude provides excellent shopping and leisure facilities together with a wide selection of restaurants bars and coffee shops. The contemporary studio-style accommodation offers: lounge/kitchen/diner/sleeping area open-plan area with sofa flatscreen TV DVD and floor to ceiling French doors. The sleeping area offers a stylish double captain bed with storage. Well-equipped modern kitchen area with breakfast bar electric oven hob fridge dishwasher and microwave. Shower room: with large shower and WC. Outside: enclosed decked area with seating and BBQ. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric and underfloor heating throughout included. Regret no smoking inside the property. 1 small well-behaved dog welcome. Additional info: use of owners freezer. Location: beach 7 miles shop and pubs 4 miles. Chinese restaurant/take-away (seasonal) mile.
