Located only 3 miles from the market town of Holsworthy and 6 miles from the seaside town of Bude enables easy access to the whole of the North Devon and North Cornwall coasts add to this spectacular views across open countryside to Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor. A warm welcome from the owners is assured and a perfect spot to unwind or use as a base to explore. Nearby attractions includeTamar Lakes for windsurfing and fishing R.H.S. Rosemoor Gardens and the Dartington Crystal factory. Holsworthy s vintage car rally is held each June. The Eden Project is one hour s drive and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are slightly further away. The comfortable accommodation offers: on the first floor 1 zip-and-link bed which can be made into a twin on request and has plenty of room for a cot or Z bed. Lounge/diner: also on the first floor with wall mounted feature electric fire HD TV/DVD music system and MP3 player. Shower room: with shower and WC. Kitchen: situated on the ground floor with dishwasher washer/dryer microwave fridge and freezer. Outside: a dedicated pathway leads straight from the private parking space to the visitor s own garden and separate entrance with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi connection included. Regret no smoking. 2 dog welcome. Additional info: a variety of home produced meats and eggs are usually available for your evening meal at an additional charge payable direct to the owner. Location: beach 6 miles shops and pubs 3 miles.
