The North Devon coastline and the beach at Westward Ho! is ideal for keen surfers body-boarders and sun-worshippers. Spectacular cliff-top walks rockpools fishing horse riding and golf are available all within 10 minutes drive. This pretty detached conversion offers cosy and stylish upside down accommodation. ONE bedroom: downstairs double. Shower room: with WC on the ground floor. Lounge/kitchen/diner: upstairs with open beamed ceiling woodburner effect electric fire seating TV DVD hi-fi and iPod dock. Small dining area with french doors that open in with wrought-iron railings overlooking the surrounding countryside and riverbank. Well-equipped kitchen area with electric cooker hob fridge with freezer section and microwave (no washing machine). Outside: use of small private garden area opposite the cottage with seating and pretty views. Amenities: parking for 1 car directly outside the cottage and other parking available nearby. Bed linen towels and electric included. Efficient electric convector heaters throughout. Regret no pets. Location: beach 6 miles shop 3 miles pub walking distance.
