Enjoy the lovely views from the land or stroll the nearby countryside. Make new friends with the pet cows pigs and peacocks roaming the land. Venture to the popular seaside town of Teignmouth with its beach as well as being within easy reach of Torbay. Rugged Dartmoor is a must for nature lovers and walkers. The regional city of Exeter has a range of shops pubs restaurants leisure facilities and picturesque cathedral. Attractions include Devon s Crealy Great Adventure Park River Dart Country Park Trago Mills Buckfast Abbey Model Village at Babbacombe National Trust properties and gardens and much more. In the evenings enjoy a glass of wine with the views from the feature decked balcony. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double with TV DVD and Sky package including movies and sports with en-suite shower room with WC. This room has a low sloping ceiling with large beams on one side of the bed. Adjacent connecting small room with 1 single bed which has a smaller pull-out bed (only suitable for children) and a cot. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with cooker fridge dishwasher washing machine tumble dryer microwave woodburner (logs included) and TV with Sky package including movies and sports. Outside: enclosed balcony with seating patio area to the front of the property with seating and use of the owners land. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included. Wi-fi available. Regret no smoking within the property. Location: beach 3 miles pub and shop within 1 mile.
