1 OF 4 PROPERTIES WITH SUPERB COUNTRYSIDE VIEWS AND DISTANT SEA VIEWS These barn conversions are set within a superb position overlooking patchwork countryside, down to the village of Polperro and out to the sea. This historic fishing village is only about a mile away and can be reached by walking over the owner's land and down a country lane to Polperro, which is a breathtaking walk, or alternatively a short drive will bring you into the village. Theres lots to do in this friendly village, which offers quaint pubs, good restaurants and cafes serving locally caught seafood and a variety of stores including art galleries and gift shops. It also offers many tourist attractions including the Smuggling Museum and Model Village, along with a wealth of historic sites. Outside: communal lawn area with picnic tables and room to kick a ball at the front. Amenities: all the properties have ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no pets and no smoking. Location: beach, pub and shop 1 mile. Valley View is upside-down accommodation and offers ONE bedroom: double where an additional single bed can be added on request. Bathroom: with corner bath with electric shower over, heated towel rail and WC. Lounge/diner: upstairs open-plan living area with a small balcony which takes advantage of the beautiful view. TV, DVD, Freeview, leather sofa and wood burner effect electric fire. Kitchen: with electric cooker, fridge, washer/dryer, microwave. Utility room: with freezer. Outside: is a small grassed garden with furniture and BBQ.
