The historic fishing village of Polperro is only about a mile away and can be reached by walking over the owner's land and down a country lane, which is a breathtaking walk, or alternatively a short drive will bring you into the village. Theres lots to do in this friendly village, which offers quaint pubs, good restaurants and cafes serving locally caught seafood and a variety of stores including art galleries and gift shops. It also offers many tourist attractions including the Smuggling Museum and Model Village, along with a wealth of historic sites. Outside: communal lawn area with picnic tables and room to kick a ball at the front. Amenities: all the properties have ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating (LPG) included. Wi-Fi available. Regret no smoking or pets. Location: beach, pub and shop 1 mile. This new, but smaller cottage, ideal for couples and small families, is extremely spacious and offers ONE bedroom: situated downstairs, 1king-size double with wall mounted TV. An extra futon bed is available if required. Bathroom: with bath and separate shower cubicle, WC and heated towel rail. Lounge/kitchen/diner: situated upstairs, this bright, open-plan living area, has washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and many useful extras. Outside: enclosed private courtyard area to the side, with seating and BBQ.
