THIS QUAINT COTTAGE IS PERFECTLY LOCATED FOR TOURING THE AREA SLEEPS 2 1 This charming freshly renovated single storey detached property sits next to the owner s thatched cottage within the sleepy hamlet of Coombelake nestled within the rolling Devonshire countryside. Located 1 mile from Ottery St Mary famous for its flaming tar barrels in November and offering a host of shops tea rooms and restaurants. The historic picturesque estates of Escot and Cadhay are less than 1 mile either side of the property and are worth a visit as are the popular Otter Nurseries and Joshua s Farm Shop located nearby. Exeter and Taunton are approximately half an hour away offering many attractions shopping centres theatres restaurants train and bus stations. The coastal resort of Sidmouth is approximately 7 miles away with other resorts including Branscombe Lyme Regis and Exmouth within reach. For walkers the South West Coast Path is at your disposal. The accommodation offers ONE double bedroom: with flatscreen TV and en-suite shower room with WC. Lounge: with wall mounted TV with Freeview DVD large selection of DVD s and sofa bed (on request). Kitchen/diner: with integrated oven and hob microwave fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. Outside: enclosed courtyard with seating. Amenities: off-road parking for 2 car. Bed linen towels electric and electric heating included. Regret no smoking within the property. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome.Wi-fi available on request. Additional info: regret no washing machine however there is a laundrette a short drive away. Short breaks welcome during off peak. Location: beach 7 miles pub 0.5 miles and shop 1 mile in Ottery St Mary.
