Relax on the private decked area or in the garden with beautiful countryside views and walks direct from the property. There is an abundance of birds rabbits squirrels and wildlife. The only other property within the grounds is the owner s house so the setting is tranquil and relaxing. Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the Devon/Dorset border perfectly positioned for travelling Devon Dorset and Somerset. You are close to the Dorset Heritage coast with its lovely walks Lyme Regis Chesil Beach and Weymouth to the East and Seaton Beer Branscombe and Sidmouth to the West. Games room: with table tennis and darts. . The accommodation has been recently refurbished and offers ONE bedroom: with king-size bed. Bathroom: with shower over bath WC and heated towel rail.
