SUITABLE FOR BABES IN ARMS AND CHILDREN OVER 5 YEARS Set in the lovely rural village of Littleham this comfortable detached cottage has been carefully converted retaining character features including original beamed ceilings and stone walls. The friendly owners live next door but privacy is assured and the property benefits from a private patio area. The property is perfect for a romantic escape and is nestled within a short stroll from the village pub serving excellent food. A couple of miles from the coast well placed to take advantage of the coastal beaches and scenery of North Devon. Several local attractions nearby to choose from including RHS Rosemoor Dartington Crystal and the historic harbour village of Clovelly. In the evenings enjoy a stroll along the country lanes or relax with a glass of wine in the courtyard. The accommodation accessed via 2 steps down offers ONE bedroom: double with exposed beams TV/DVD accessed via three steps from the living area. Bathroom: adjoining the living area with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen: open-plan with comfortable seating and sofa bed TV with Freeview and DVD. Kitchen area with breakfast bar electric oven and hob fridge and microwave. Outside: private enclosed patio area and outdoor seating. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels wi-fi electric and central heating included. Underfloor heating throughout 1 small dog welcome. Regret no smoking within the property. Additional info: this property is suitable for babes in arms and children over 5 years. Regret no washing machine (use of owner s washing machine and tumble dryer by arrangement) cot or highchair (you are welcome to bring your own). Location: pub walking distance shops 3 miles and beach 5 miles.
