Being in this excellent location you will find a pub and shop just 2 miles away. A collection of excellent beaches are a short while away including Porthleven (8 miles) Gwithian and St Ives (8-10 miles). Many attractions that are well worth a visit and very close by include The National Seal Sanctuary Flambards and The Paradise Park Wildlife Sanctuary. Each of the properties are named after one of the family s pedigree herds. Farm activities: you will be able to watch the daily farming activities. Games barn: pool table and table tennis. Outside: lawn garden take advantage of the footpaths that run from the farm up to the beacon with breathtaking views. Shared utility room: situated adjacent to the barns housing a washing machine and tumble dryer. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen and electric included. Towels for hire. Regret no smoking. Additional info: delicious homemade meals can be provided by arrangement with the owner. Private water supply. Location: beach 8 miles pub and shop 2 miles. The accommodation is a well converted barn offering ONE bedroom: double with en-suite shower room with WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: elegant design with wooden floors and exposed wooden A-frame beams complemented by a leather sofa TV Freeview DVD and hi-fi. Kitchen area with electric cooker microwave fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. Outside: large doors lead to an enclosed garden with lawn patio area and garden furniture. Amenities: central heating included. Wi-fi available ( 10 per week). 1 dog welcome. Arrival: from 4pm.
