LOVELY RURAL LOCATION CLOSE TO POPULAR BEACHES Situated amidst fields but a quarter of 1 mile off the road this lovely barn conversion is in a delightful courtyard setting and is perfect for those requiring a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Relax in your own private garden area enjoy a glass of wine on the summerhouse terrace (occasionally shared with owners) or read a book in the suntrap courtyard. An ideal base for touring the South Hams and visiting many National Trust properties. The picturesque yachting towns of Salcombe and Dartmouth are within a short drive and offer a range of shops pubs restaurants and galleries. Safe and sandy Bantham Beach and award winning Blackpool Sands cove are nearby and there are glorious cliff-top walks along the South West Coast Path and the rugged Dartmoor National Park for the more energetic. . The picturesque single storey former dairy offers ONE bedroom: double bed (5ft). Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: Flatscreen TV Freeview DVD and woodburner (first basket of logs free). Kitchen area with cooker fridge microwave. Outside: garden area with seating. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen and towels included (please bring own beach towels). Electric and electric heating by meter reading. Pre-crawling babies welcome regret no cot or highchair. Regret no smoking or pets. Regret no washing machine. Location: beach 5 miles shop and pub 1 mile. Arrival: 3pm
