Perfectly located to enjoy the area s must see locations from the historic spa city of Bath with its classical architecture and wealth of history around every street corner the metropolitan city of Bristol with its wealth of shops and restaurants the picturesque scenery of Cheddar caves and gorge and Wells the smallest city in England are all within easy reach and a must when visiting this stunning area. Or simply relax and unwind in these private gardens and enjoy the stunning countryside views. Both of the properties have use of a Shared utility: small laundry room with washing machine in a separate barn. Amenities: ample off-road parking available. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking within the properties. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome further by arrangement. Additional info: both properties can be taken together to accommodate up to 6 people. Location: beach 11 miles pub 1 mile and shops within 2 miles. Fishing in both Blagdon and Chew Lakes close by. Horseriding and mountain biking on the Mendips. This spacious luxury barn offers ONE bedroom: 1 double room with uninterrupted views over the rolling countryside. Bathroom: with bath and WC on the first floor. The ground floor offers a further spacious shower room with WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan and benefits from ample seating (sofa bed) flatscreen TV with DVD and Freeview. Dining table. The kitchen area benefits from integrated oven with hob and extractor hood fridge with ice compartment and microwave. Outside: own secluded area with seating and BBQ. Amenities: internet access available via a cable connection (not wireless).
