SPACIOUS SELF CONTAINED ANNEXE, ENJOYING LARGE PRIVATE ENCLOSED GARDEN This spacious annexe is located within the quiet hamlet of Harewood, within easy reach of the charming village of Calstock. Just a short walk from the train station that has regular services down into Plymouth, meander along the banks of the River Tamar and take in some of the stunning estuary scenes, proven to be popular with all ages. Plymouth offers a wealth of restaurants, shops and pubs as well as an extensive array of activities for young and old alike to enjoy, from the Theatre Royal, National Marine Aquarium and the stunning historic Hoe, to name but a few. The historic town of Tavistock, with its independent shops and ancient pannier markets, is only 7 miles away. Within easy reach to both the coast and the moorland, the property can be used as a great base for touring the whole of this stunning area of outstanding natural beauty, with the popular Eden Project within easy reach. The accommodation is all on one level and offers ONE bedroom: double. Shower room: with WC. Lounge: offers ample seating with flat screen TV, DVD and Sky TV. Kitchen/diner: with cooker, fridge, freezer and microwave. Outside: offers a large enclosed garden and patio area with seating and BBQ. Amenities: off-road parking.
