COUNTRYSIDE LOCATION WITH CORNISH CREAM TEA ON ARRIVAL This sweet barn conversion has been lovingly converted. Set within the heart of the countryside in a superb position on the Cornwall side of the Devon/Cornwall border. The cottage is adjoining the owners property although privacy is assured. It provides the ideal spot for those who take pleasure in walking with many footpaths leading off in all different directions. Horse riding available close by. The North Cornish coastline can be reached within a couple of miles and offers an abundance of sandy beaches secluded coves and so much more. This well thought out compact accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: leading off the bedroom cosy room with TV Freeview DVD and woodburner effect electric fire. Kitchen: entered via a couple of steps down from the lounge with electric cooker with gas hob fridge (with ice compartment) microwave and washing machine. Outside: private garden and patio available with furniture and BBQ. Amenities: off-road parking for 1 car. Bed linen electric heating and wi-fi included. 2 dogs welcome. Regret no smoking. Additional info: Cornish cream tea on arrival. Location: shop within 5 miles pub and beach within 2 miles. Arrival: after 3.30pm.
