Only a 5 minute drive to Bude with its sandy beaches Splashpool and canal ten-pin bowling alley as well as being close to attractions which include various historic sites several golf courses and gardens. Farm activities: help with the animals cows ducks chicken and pigs. Leisure facilities: walking guides available including circular walks from the property and the local coastal footpath. The accommodation is comfortably furnished and offers ONE bedroom: double with four-poster bed. En-suite bathroom: bath with handheld shower attachment and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV Freeview DVD video electric cooker fridge freezer washing machine and microwave. Outside: enclosed patio/garden area with BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen and wifi included. Towels for hire. Electric by meter (first 10 free October-March). Electric oil radiators. Babysitting by arrangement fold up bed can be provided in lieu of the cot.
