Nestled in the heart of the Cornish countryside you are still within easy reach to explore the rugged coastline secluded coves and picturesque fishing villages of North Cornwall or the dramatic moorland tors and bustling market towns inland. The popular coastal town of Bude is a 20 minute drive with a wide selection of sandy beaches shops and restaurants. A superb choice of places to visit include Launceston Steam Railway Lost Gardens of Heligan The Eden Project several stately homes and gardens or for the more energetic then cycle the Camel Trail which meanders along the estuary into the popular resort of Padstow. Walkers will enjoy the many trails and cliff-top walks along the South West Coast Path. Alternatively just enjoy the stunning views whilst relaxing on the patio overlooking the duck pond and surrounding farmland. You would have to search far and wide to find a more peaceful and tranquil place. The perfect getaway retreat! The semi-detached accommodation has been converted to a high standard ideal for couples or with a baby and offers ONE bedroom: large double on the first floor. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: spacious with TV Freeview DVD CD woodburner effect electric fire electric hob integral oven microwave fridge with ice compartment and many extras. Use of owner s freezer by arrangement. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: lawn and patio area with seating to the side. BBQ available. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen included. Heating and electric by meter reading (first 5 free during summer only). Wi-Fi available. Regret no smoking or pets. Location: beach 8 miles pub 5 miles and community shop 2 miles.
