A direct route from the property takes you down to the coast at Peppercombe passing the local pub which is just across the way. The historic market town of Bideford is just 3 miles away where you will find a good selection of pubs restaurants and shops. The accommodation is set all on one level and offers ONE bedroom: double with en-suite double shower room and WC. Lounge/diner: with real effect electic fire TV with Freeview and DVD with french doors opening out to garden. Kitchen: well-equipped with electric cooker combination microwave fridge and washing machine. Outside: small private garden and patio area. Amenities: parking directly outside property.
