Furnished to a high standard with each cottage retaining its own original charm and character. Located on the edge of Buckland Brewer village with its friendly family pub serving food and traditional butchers. The properties are in an ideal position for visiting North Devon and Cornwall the South West Coastal Path excellent beaches and coves. The picturesque fishing villages of Clovelly and Appledore are also nearby. Local attractions include The Big Sheep RHS Rosemoor The Milky Way the Tarka Trail Tapeley Park and the Oldenburg for day trips to Lundy Island. All cottages have direct access to the public footpath guests are able to walk the owners land by prior arrangement. Amenities: off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric and heating included. Private water supply. Regret no smoking in the property. Location: beach at Peppercombe 5 miles shop 6 miles pub 2 miles. All on one level and offers ONE bedroom: double with en-suite shower room and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: spacious open-plan with woodburner effect electric fire ample seating TV and DVD. Kitchen area is equipped with cooker microwave fridge with ice box and many useful extras. Amenities: 1 dog by arrangement (dogs must be kept on leads at all times due to animals in neighbouring fields).
