Situated in one of South Devon s most popular areas you will be able to stroll and explore the lovely established grounds and adjacent woodland or enjoy some delightful country lane walks direct from the property. An ideal position for touring South Devon there are some lovely beaches less than 4 miles away as well as the nearby beaches of Teignmouth Exmouth and Torbay. The wild bird sanctuary and reserve at Dawlish Warren is nearby as is rugged Dartmoor a haven for wildlife wild ponies and more strenuous walks. The cathedral city of Exeter is a short easy drive and offers a range of popular shops and boutiques restaurants theatre cinemas and other leisure facilities. Close by there are other attractions to suit all tastes numerous National Trust properties and gardens and wonderful Devon villages. In the evenings you can relax in the lovely gardens enjoy a glass of wine on the patio or visit one of many local family pubs serving good food. Amenities: ample parking. Shower room: en-suite to the bedroom with wet room style shower and WC. Lounge/conservatory: overlooking the gardens. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with cooker fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine microwave and coffee maker. Outside: patio with seating and gas BBQ. Large gardens. Amenities: Wi-fi available. Heating surcharge from October - April 35 per week payable to owner on arrival. Additional info: Regret only babes in arms are accepted in Jasmine.
