The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double with Z-bed also available. Bathroom: with large walk in shower roll-top bath with hand-held shower attachment and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with TV Freeview video DVD and hi-fi. Kitchen area with cooker microwave fridge and freezer. Outside: across the driveway and through the gate guests can access the enclosed meadow with its pond wildlife paths and seating. Fantastic walks direct from the property. Location: shops and award-winning pub walking distance (1 mile along a country lane) and the beach is 5 miles Exeter train station 11 miles from the property.
