Situated on one of the main access routes to Wadebridge, The property is an ideal base to enjoy, not just the popular town of Padstow, but also the rest of this unique county. The mill used to supply breath taking Georgian house with 50 acres of maintained gardens and a tearoom, open to the general public and guests of the property can enjoy a discounted rate. Just 6 miles away is the very popular destination of Padstow, with its selection of restaurants, as well as pubs and shops. This area is also renowned for being littered with sandy beaches, "7 beaches for 7 days", so you can always find your ideal spot. This converted barn offers Lounge/kitchen/diner/sleeping area: light and airy open-plan room offers 1 double bed (or 2 singles on request) that can be partitioned off via a curtain or can remain as one space. Lounge area with ample seating, flat screen TV, DVD, Freeview, CD and internet connection. Kitchen/diner has dining table, electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment and microwave.
