Situated a short stroll from a sandy beach and a selection of amenities. This glorious accommodation is set within a superb position a minute walk away from this friendly town which offers something for everyone with its many golden beaches sea-filled swimming pool leisure centre links golf course and much more. The town is strategically placed so visitors will have every opportunity to explore the wonderful coastline surrounding the area. The picturesque villages of Crackington Haven Boscastle Tintagel and the famous Doc Martin village of Port Isaac are all within easy reach by car or bus. A few miles to the north will bring you into Devon where the pretty village of Clovelly can be found with its steep cobbled streets. The accommodation is arranged on one floor and offers ONE bedroom: double with en-suite shower room with WC. Lounge: spacious and airy room with feature bay windows fire surround flatscreen TV/DVD and sofa bed. Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and hob microwave and dishwasher. Utility room: with fridge/freezer and washing machine. Outside: enclosed decked area with seating and BBQ. Amenities: roadside parking nearby.
