Peace and quiet is assured with all 3 properties nestling in this beautiful hidden valley with a stream running through it yet a short drive from a varied selection of amenities and activities. The surrounding forest is a haven for wildlife with walks direct from the cottages and trout and coarse fishing at nearby lakes. Good pub serving bar meals at Chudleigh Knighton (10 minute drive) and large selection of shops at nearby Chudleigh and Bovey Tracey. National Trust properties plus Canonteign Falls Torbay Dartmouth and Salcombe all within easy reach. Games room: small games barn with table tennis and dart board. Outside: there is a small enclosed paddock where dogs can be exercised off the lead. Amenities: parking close by. Bed linen and towels included. Hairdryers available in each property. Regret no smoking in the properties. Additional info: cream tea tray on arrival. Use of owner s washing machine available by arrangement. Location: beach 13 miles shop 3 miles and pub within walking distance. A delightful ground floor apartment and offers ONE bedroom: double (with 5 bed) and en-suite shower room with WC. Lounge/diner: cosy room with views out towards the owner s woodland which is a carpet of bluebells in the spring TV video Freeview DVD and woodburner effect electric fire. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob fridge with small freezer compartment and microwave. Outside: seating area. Amenities: electric included and central heating included October-April. 1 dog welcome (regret no dogs under 12 months)
