An imposing Victorian townhouse comprising three very tastefully presented apartments, situated in a quiet residential position above the town, yet within reasonable walking distance of shops, restaurants and quays. Each apartment has lovely views over a large shared garden and across the town towards Batson Creek and theSalcombe estuary. The garden has paved and grassed terraces with outdoor furniture and barbeques available. There are two parking spaces per apartment, one on the main drive (on Allenhayes Road), and one in the newly constructed garage at the end of the garden. Additional roadside parking is also usually available.The apartments enjoy the benefits of gas central heating and hot water, free temporary membership of the Quayside Leisure Centre in Kingsbridge and wireless broadband internet access.
