This stone-built Grade II listed holiday home has been lovingly restored, blending contemporary furniture with the original features of this substantial house to create a wonderful atmosphere. Brimham Rocks and Fountains Abbey are both just a short drive. Pateley Bridge, 7 miles, is well served with individual country shops and cafés, whilst the cathedral city of Ripon is just 6 miles and York 30 miles. Afternoon tea at Betty’s in Harrogate, 9 miles, is a must. Shop 6 miles, pub 2 miles.

Living room with wood-burning stove. Sitting room with wood-burning stove. Arch to dining room. Spacious kitchen with electric range (for cooking) and patio doors. Utility/boot room. Separate toilet. First floor: Two double bedrooms, each with 6ft bed and TV; one with zip & link beds, one with en-suite shower room and toilet. Double bedroom with 5ft bed. Single bedroom. Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet.
