This unusual, luxurious, three-storey cottage , beautifully refurbished by its interior designer owners, enjoys its own garden and a southerly aspect with river views from each floor. Warm and cosy, it is set in historic Corbridge village, within walking distance of historic sites, exclusive shops, and a choice of inns and restaurants. The Lakes, Durham, Gateshead Metro Centre, Hexham and Hadrian’s Wall easily accessible. Fishing 50 yards. Shops 50 yards.

Large, open-plan living/dining room with kitchen. Access to secluded garden through glass-roofed conservatory. First floor: Light and spacious sitting-room with window seat and beech strip floor with rugs. Laundry. Open-plan staircase to second floor: Spacious double bedroom with cathedral ceiling, far-reaching views over the valley, and en-suite bathroom with separate shower.
