Stylishly refurbished to provide modern comforts, this Victorian property is one of a row and enjoys stunning views from three floors towards St Michaels Mount and Newlyn harbour. Overlooking the sea, it is just a short walk away from the town, home to the Newlyn Art Gallery. A cycle route runs along the seafront to Mousehole and Marazion, as well as many coastal walks to enjoy. St Michaels Mount and Mousehole (with winding streets and sandy harbour) can be visited, and boat trips made from Newlyn harbour. Further afield is Lands End, St Ives and many delightful gardens and Neolithic sites in the Penwith area. Shops and pubs 200 yards.

Large living room with wooden floor and sea views. Large well-equipped kitchen/dining room with double butler sink and slate floor. Separate toilet. First floor: Two bedrooms, each with wooden floor; one double with feature fireplace, and one bunk (lower bunk is double, with single above for +1). Games room with pool table, TV, sea views. Bathroom with shower attachment and toilet. Second floor: Beamed double bedroom (5ft bed) with en-suite shower room, toilet with slate tiles, sea views.
