Nestled within glorious countryside, this lovely single-storey barn conversion offers the ideal relaxing holiday retreat within easy reach of the coast and moors. Set on the owner’s 11-acre smallholding, it has its own patio area and shared use of lawned grounds. An ideal location to explore both Devon and Cornwall, the prestigious St Mellion golf course is just 4 miles away and the nearby Sibleyback Lake is the perfect spot for sailing, canoeing, wind surfing and coarse fishing. The delightful coastal village of Looe is just 15 miles and offers shark fishing and boat trips. The historic market town of Tavistock is just 10 miles and for a day out the famous Eden Project is just a 40-minute drive. Shops 3 miles.
