Retaining many original features and boasting its own furnished garden, Treveth Barn is a spacious detached barn conversion situated just 3 miles from Pentewan’s sandy beach. The holiday property is close to many of Cornwall’s top attractions, whilst the tall ships moored in nearby Charlestown’s famous harbour are well worth a look; as are the historic towns of Mevagissey, St Austell, Fowey and St Mawes. Facilities for sailing, riding, tennis, golf and shark fishing can be found within a short drive. Shops 3 miles, pub ½ mile.

Living/dining room with multi-fuel burner, beamed, pitched ceilings and farmhouse-style kitchen area with Rayburn and electric cooker. Double bedroom with 5ft bed. Two further bedrooms with beams; one twin and one single. Victorian-style bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet.
