In the lovely peaceful hamlet of Lezant and just over 3 miles from the market town of Launceston with its castle and steam railway this comfortable family home enjoys views over the surrounding countryside. Offering an ideal base for exploring both Cornwall and the Devon borders it is just a short drive from Lydford Gorge (N.T.) Tavistock and Dartmoor National Park's rugged grandeur. Glorious surfing beaches at Bude on the north coast and the pretty sandy coves of Looe on the south coast are easily accessible as are Cotehele and Lanhydrock (both N.T.). Dining pub 1½ miles shops in Launceston.

Comfortable sitting room with electric 'log effect' fire and dining area. Kitchen. Cloakroom/W.C. First floor: Spacious double bedroom. Bunk bedded room. Single bedroom. Bathroom/W.C. (shower over bath).
