Very comfortably furnished they enjoy a peaceful rural setting just 30 minutes drive from sandy beaches on the south coast and the quaint fishing ports of Looe and Polperro. The market towns of Callington Launceston with its Norman castle and steam railway and Liskeard offering a scenic train ride to Looe are nearby whilst historic Plymouth's many attractions are just 19 miles away. The 15th century Tudor N.T. property of Cotehele and Buckland Abbey are just a short drive away. St Mellion golf club 6 miles. Shop ½ mile pub 1½ miles.

Very comfortable small open plan sitting room with dining and kitchen areas and door leading onto decked area with lovely views across the Tamar Valley. Double bedroom with ensuite shower room/W.C.
