The Old Stable offers the perfect holiday retreat on the pretty estate of Trethin. This delightful single-storey property sits within a small cluster of cottages in beautiful shared grounds. Some of the West Country’s prettiest coastline is within a few miles with excellent surfing and dramatic coastal walks. Fishing, golf and riding nearby. Many lovely walks radiate from the property and the wild beauty of Bodmin Moor is on the doorstep. Camelford has restaurants, sports centre, indoor swimming pool, 18-hole golf course and galleries. Boscastle, Tintagel and Padstow are close by, and family attractions such as Crealy Adventure Park, Newquay Zoo and the Blue Reef Aquarium. Shops 1½ miles.

A single-storey, completely refurbished cottage with west-facing, open-plan living/dining room with elec ‘wood burner’ and adjacent kitchen. Double bedroom. Twin bedroom with 2ft 6in beds (for +2 children). Oak floor throughout. Shower room with large shower cubicle, toilet and ceramic tiled floor.
