Formerly a village primary school, this unique detached property commands extensive panoramic rural views. The spacious centrally heated rooms, large south-facing sun deck and enclosed garden make this an idyllic retreat for year-round holidays. Within walking distance of the charming village of Crantock and spectacular surfing beach. Beautiful countryside, perfect for cycling, walking and horse riding surrounds this idyllic holiday home. The Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Padstow and Watergate Bay (home to Jamie Oliver’s restaurant) are close by and a must for visitors. Shop ½ mile.

Four steps to entrance (or ramp to living room). Large living room with patio doors to sun deck. Large dining room. Farmhouse-style, galley kitchen. Study. Three steps up to: Two double bedrooms, one with additional single bed (for +1). Twin bedroom. Bathroom with over-bath power shower and toilet. Wooden floors throughout, and arched windows in all bedrooms.
