This attractive, single-storey, converted barn is one of four, adjacent to the owner’s home, located within 130 acres of working arable farm with footpaths. Completely refurbished to a very high standard, it makes an ideal holiday retreat, situated just back from the road midway between the charming historic towns of Midhurst and Petworth (3 miles). Petworth House and Gardens are worth a visit, with many concerts held there throughout the year. Cowdray is close by, famous for polo, while further afield are Goodwood, for horse and motor racing, and Chichester with its cathedral, festival theatre and harbour tours. Scenic walks along the South Downs, NT homes and gardens, and beaches at Worthing or The Witterings are within easy reach. Shops 3 miles, pub ¼ mile.

"It wouold be helpful if WiFi were installed as the 3G mobile reception is very poor in the property. Apart from that, the property is in a lovely location, mid-way between Midhurst and Petworth with lots to do even on wet days. Recommended are Arundel Cas"
